Employee benefits are recorded as means to store data in a systematic staffing; making it easier access these data back if necessary. Employment data are processed into information officer required for employee training materials.

Management personnel, who are managerial or technical administrative, are always associated with data in printed form or electronic data. Administration activities will affect the state of individual data as well as the entire staff. Ongoing changes are not always immediately known to other administrators. Furthermore, the existence of computer equipment less useful because the data is stored and managed by each executive, resulting in a longer time to search even the most basic data.
